  • We receive your order.
  • We send you a note by email to say THANK YOU and congratulation for your order! :-)
  • We transfer the file and instruction to our printing atelier.
  • We approuve the final print.
  • We carefully packaged the print in a 3” heavy duty tube with the certificat of authentification.
  • We labeled the shipping tube for extra care and add your informations.
  • We ship.
  • We send another email to say. “Hey, we are happy to tell you we just sent your artwork today!”

  • You recieve your print in perfect shape.

SHIPPING

  • FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE is, for a limited time only, the rule of thumb for the grand opening.
  • We ship via Canada Post.
  • For FAST shipping, we can use express sipping, at additional cost.
    • Fees may vary depending on your order and location.
  • You will recevie a tracking number to follow your artwork.
  • Delivery time depend on your location.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES 

  • We ship from Canada so there is no extra fees for Canadian resident.
  • For the rest of the univers, you are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, rocket fuel or any other extra fees to import your artwork.

  

INSURANCE 

  • All artwork are fully insured during transit.

  

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / LOST PACKAGE

  • We do not offer refund.
  • Exchange are possible only on full price paid artwork.
  • Some exception can be made.
